You&#8217;re an employee."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Now Meta is going to record and steal how their employee&#8217;s work:  <a href=\"https:\/\/futurism.com\/artificial-intelligence\/meta-track-everything-workers-type-click-train-ai\">Meta Installing Software on Employee Computers to Track Everything They Do, Feed the Data to AI<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is just the latest frontier of data that companies will collect and commoditize so they generate another revenue stream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch how many others jump on the bandwagon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And yet, no employee ever negotiated on this additional value they were providing the company.  I&#8217;m not even sure, depending on the arrangement, how this would work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh to be a fly on the wall when this question was asked of Meta&#8217;s legal team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pretty soon, everyone will be stealing the keyboard, mouse, and screen IP of their employees, turning it into a product, and then selling it away without any regard for the employee&#8217;s dignity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hell.
